The body panel adjusts in width and height to support a snug position as your child grows. No infant insert is needed for newborns. ERGONOMIC SUPPORT FOR LONG-TERM USE – This baby carrier allows two ergonomic positions for carrying. You can carry your child facing inward on the front or on your back.
