Milling Made Simple
Assemble the food mill by attaching its handle and base securely Select the milling disc required and fill it with your desired ingredients, such as cooked vegetables, fruits, or potatoes Place a bowl underneath (bowl not included), then turn the handle clockwise until all of the ingredients have been processed through it, leaving behind seeds and skins Use a spoon or spatula to remove any remaining bits from the inside before disassembling for cleaning and storage
