Maymom 17 mm inserts compatible with most 24 mm shields. It will reduce the 24-mm shield nipple tunnel down to 17 mm. Great solution for small-nippled mothers using Medela Freestyle Flex, Medela Sonata, Medela Swing-Maxi, Pump in Style, Pump in Style with MaxFlow pumps, and Medela Hands-free Cup(24 mm).
