Creamy Avocado and Banana Purée
Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado 1 ripe banana Tip:
This is a good meal to use up a ripe banana, and it makes a great toddler smoothie if you just add some coconut water or milk and mix in some baby spinach. It’s so delicious, both of you can enjoy it!

Instructions
1. Peel and slice the banana.
2. Slice the avocado in half.Remove and discard the pit.
