Why the monitor howling?
Please keep the monitor and the camera away from each other for at least 1.5 meters.
Sometimes the camera and monitor may become disconnected, why?
In some cases, the monitor and camera may disconnect unexpectedly. If this happens, try reconnecting them by selecting the monitor and holding down the camera’s pairing button for three seconds until the blue light flashes.
How to us intercom function?
Press button of the monitor and talk(you won’t hear any voice from the camera when you are talking), release the button when you finished talking(then you can hear the voice from the camera) .
Why no night vision in car mode?
The night vision auto switch is disabled in car mode, you can manually switch to night vision by press.
Why the signal in the room is bad?
1. Check if the receiving antenna of the monitor is turned on;
2. Walls could block the signals, try moving the monitor to another room for better signal strength.
Improtant Notice for Monitor Setup: 1. Ensure the signal is strong (the signal icon is full on the left side of the monitor screen). 2. Press and hold the camera’s pairing button for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes. 3. If the screen stutters, try deleting the camera and re-pairing it to resolve the issue. Note: A strong signal must be maintained at all times for optimal performance
