1.Q: When should I change the cotton swab and what water should I use?
A: The humidifier cotton sticks should be replaced after using for 2 – 3 months according to the usage and water quality, keep the replacement regularly can bring you a better humidifying effect.
Just use our daily tap water. Pure water or distilled water may cause water droplets to form on the surface of the humidifier and turn into stagnant water, causing malfunctions.
2. Q: Why does my humidifier only spray with one nozzle? Is it a malfunction?
