2.If you encounter any issues with the baby monitor or camera, you can prioritize resetting the monitor (on the back of the monitor – RESET).
3.The maximum range for monitor and camera connection is 1000ft (300m) in open areas. Obstacles like walls, doors, and televisions may interfere with the connection. If the device disconnects, simply plug it back in.
4.Both cameras and monitors come with a specialized charging cable. The camera can only operate when plugged in, while the monitor can be powered by both batteries and plugged in.
5.Raise the antenna of the camera and monitor to get a better signal.
6.Temperature may be warmer. With continuous use (prolonged use) of the monitor, the temperature of the camera itself rises, so the temperature displayed on the baby monitor will be higher.
7. Please keep the camera and monitor 5-6 feet (1.5-2 metres) distance (if too close, it is easy to hear the buzzing or beep sound).
